We offer month-to-month leases so you’re never locked into a yearly commitment. If your lifestyle changes, simply adjust your lease to fit your needs. Special rental terms are also available for “snowbirds” or anyone who may be away for a full month or more during the year.

Does Genesis Village offer savings plans?

We offer a variety of flexible savings plans, including prepay discounts, rate locks, and Blended Life Care plans. All of our savings options provide financial benefits without requiring a long-term commitment.

Are pets allowed at Genesis Village?

Yes, Genesis Village is a pet-friendly community. We welcome pets, as they are often an important part of our residents’ lives.

What types of apartments are available?

We offer studio, deluxe studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, each designed for comfort and convenience. Floor plans include kitchens and spacious living areas.

What’s included in the monthly rent?

Your monthly rent includes your apartment, utilities (except phone), maintenance, three meals daily, scheduled transportation, and access to all community amenities and activities.

Are meals provided?

Yes, we provide three chef-prepared meals daily in our dining room. Residents enjoy a full buffet and salad bar, along with an alternate menu freshly prepared by our chefs.

What activities are offered at Genesis Village?

Our robust activity calendar includes fitness classes, social events, live entertainment, educational seminars, spiritual programs, and community outings. Residents can also enjoy clubs, games, and hobbies.

What is the security like at Genesis Village?

We prioritize resident safety with 24/7 staffing. Additionally, we connect with residents daily through a courtesy call to ensure their well-being.

Do you offer trial stays or short-term rentals?

We offer flexible month-to-month rent for our residents. Additionally, potential residents can enjoy the Genesis Village Experience — a complimentary 3-5 day stay to experience what it’s like to live in our community prior to moving in.

I’m not sure if I’m ready to move into a community. What are my options?

If you’re not ready to move into a community, you can still become part of Genesis Village by joining our membership program. Memberships start at the Bronze level, which provides access to our pool, and go up to the Diamond level, which includes meal vouchers and hall rental privileges. Becoming a member allows you to enjoy many of our amenities, activities, and services while staying connected with our vibrant community. I love it here! No place is perfect, but this is about as close as you can get. I don't know where Jim hires his staff from, but they are just excellent! I love the buffet. I'm a diabetic and there is always a variety to choose from.

They should get "at least" 5 stars! There is such a different feeling at Genesis Village than at other places. I like the musical programs. I am very happy, feel at home, the staff is unbelieveable, so courteous, pleasant, and helpful. You can do what you want, come and go as you please.

Genesis Village is the best "deal of the day". Nothing else compares to it. They are very inviting and welcoming. I appreciate the Christian environment, acceptance of visitors, and I can bring my service dog. I LOVE the Fireside CafÉ, "daily adventures" with Life Enrichment and there is always someone at the front desk 24/7.

This is the idea home to live in when you can no longer live alone. The entire staff is so patient and supportive. There are so many activities to be involved in if one cares to participate. We have our own apartments which I really like.
