What are the costs at Genesis Village?

At Genesis Village, we offer Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom apartments. Standard monthly rent begins at $2,590 and includes all of our on-site amenities and services. We also provide exclusive discounts that significantly lower your monthly costs, making your new home both convenient and cost-effective. A one-time, non-refundable move-in fee of $2,000 per apartment is required at lease signing.

We offer month-to-month leases so you’re never locked into a yearly commitment. If your lifestyle changes, simply adjust your lease to fit your needs. Special rental terms are also available for “snowbirds” or anyone who may be away for a full month or more during the year.

I love it here! No place is perfect, but this is about as close as you can get. I don't know where Jim hires his staff from, but they are just excellent! I love the buffet. I'm a diabetic and there is always a variety to choose from.

They should get "at least" 5 stars! There is such a different feeling at Genesis Village than at other places. I like the musical programs. I am very happy, feel at home, the staff is unbelieveable, so courteous, pleasant, and helpful. You can do what you want, come and go as you please.
