On National Beauticians Day, we took a moment to recognize the salon team for everything they do — not just for keeping our residents looking their best, but for the warmth, patience, and genuine care they bring to every appointment. Chilling Out on National Freezer Pop Day
With the recent heat wave in Toledo, National Freezer Pop Day couldn’t have come at a better time. Our community cooled down with a classic summer treat: nostalgic, fruity Bomb Pops.

Our future is so bright at Genesis Village, we have to wear shades! For National Sunglasses Day, residents showed off their favorite stylish frames while staying cool both indoors and out.

It was an absolutely fabulous day at Genesis Village when residents and staff decked themselves out in pink from head to toe for National Pink Day. Bright, cheerful outfits filled the campus with color, and along with them came plenty of joy, laughter, and vibrant energy.
Days like this are a great reminder that there’s never a dull moment when the Genesis Village community comes together — sometimes all it takes is a shared theme (and a closet full of pink) to bring everyone’s spirits up.
