Beautiful Music and Bright Smiles
We were thrilled to welcome back an incredibly talented viola player for her second performance at Genesis Village. Once again, she captured our hearts with the beautiful, rich melodies she shared.
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the performance, and the room was filled with bright smiles from beginning to end. We are so grateful to our guest musician for filling our afternoon with beautiful music and joy. We are already looking forward to visit number three!
Smiles, Scoops, and Sweet Memories
Our recent Ice Cream Social was filled with delicious treats, laughter, and plenty of smiles! Residents created their own sundaes with a variety of tasty toppings while enjoying time with friends and neighbors.
A special thank-you goes to Kind Hearts Hospice for sponsoring this wonderful event. We greatly appreciate their generosity and the joy they brought to our residents. It was certainly a sweet afternoon to remember!
Celebrating Our August Birthdays
The energy was high as we celebrated all the residents and staff members with August birthdays!
Everyone enjoyed delicious cupcakes, heartfelt birthday cards, and a community-wide rendition of “Happy Birthday.” These monthly celebrations are a wonderful opportunity to recognize the special people who make Genesis Village such a warm and welcoming place.

Our Summer Reading Superstars
Age may be just a number, but book counts certainly are not! Our residents did an amazing job participating in the local library’s Summer Reading Program.
Throughout the summer, they turned plenty of pages, explored new stories, and demonstrated that a love of reading and learning can last a lifetime. Their dedication even earned them some fantastic prizes, which they proudly showed off to others in the community.
