Celebrating Our June Birthdays
We celebrated our residents and staff members with June birthdays in true Genesis Village fashion! Everyone enjoyed delicious cupcakes, thoughtful birthday cards, and a community-wide rendition of “Happy Birthday.”
We are grateful for every member of the Genesis Village family and love having the opportunity to make their special day a little more memorable.
Wine a Little, Laugh a Lot!
Our residents also put their taste buds to the test during a special Moscato tasting. They sampled and rated 12 different flavors, ranging from fruity selections to sweet classics, to determine the crowd favorite.
The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and great conversation. It was a sweet afternoon spent enjoying new flavors and even better company!
Whether it’s themed socials, live entertainment, educational programs, cooking classes with Chef Brett, or holiday celebrations, there is always something happening to bring people together. Life here is designed to help residents stay socially engaged, active, and connected.

Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary
Red, white, and blue were on full display as our residents and staff celebrated the Fourth of July and America’s 250th anniversary!
Our community was filled with patriotic clothing, festive accessories, and plenty of American pride. With so many veterans and proud patriots calling Genesis Village home, Independence Day holds a particularly meaningful place in our hearts.
A Special Thank-You to American Legion Maumee Post 320
Another meaningful moment came courtesy of our friends at American Legion Maumee Post 320. They generously treated the veterans living at Genesis Village to hearty chicken dinners.
The food was delicious, but the kindness behind the meal meant even more. We are deeply grateful to Post 320 for honoring our veterans and reminding them that their service and sacrifices continue to be remembered and appreciated.
These celebrations are a wonderful reflection of life at Genesis Village—sharing new experiences, honoring meaningful traditions, and enjoying time with friends and neighbors. We look forward to creating many more special memories together!
