Creativity Is Thriving at Genesis Village 🎨
One of the highlights of the week was a resident-led Zendoodle class, where creativity truly took center stage.
Residents gathered to learn how to create intricate, relaxing designs using simple techniques that anyone can enjoy. The room was filled with focus, laughter, and plenty of encouragement as neighbors shared tips and admired each other’s work.
Zendoodling isn’t just fun—it’s also known to help reduce stress and improve focus. According to the Cleveland Clinic, engaging in creative activities can support cognitive function and emotional well-being, especially for older adults.
