We’re excited to share that Genesis Village has officially launched our new recycling program, supported by an informative presentation from Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful. Our residents learned practical, everyday ways to reduce waste, recycle correctly, and make a lasting impact—right here at home.
Why Recycling Matters & What the Experts Say

KT/LCB’s “Correct Recycling” guidelines remind us that clean and dry items—plastic containers numbered 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, glass bottles & jars, aluminum and steel cans, flattened cardboard and paper—are accepted locally. ktlcb.org
